This delightful blend pays homage to the chai wala, a local tea vendor who captivated the Rajah with his exquisite Assam Spiced Chai, served in traditional clay cups.

Imagine stepping off a train at Lucknow station, greeted by the vibrant sights and sounds of the city. Amidst the bustling crowd, you spot the humble chai wala, his small stall adorned with colourful spices and fragrant tea leaves. Curiosity piqued, you approach him, enticed by the inviting aroma that wafts from his simmering chai pots.

The chai wala, with practiced skill, expertly blends the robust flavours of Assam tea leaves, carefully selected for their rich and malty profile. He infuses them with a symphony of spices, meticulously measured and balanced to perfection. Cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves dance together in harmony, imparting warmth and depth to the brew.

The Rajah, appreciating the artistry and dedication of the chai wala, would often make it a point to visit the bustling train station, eager to enjoy a cup of his beloved Assam Spiced Chai. It became a ritual, a moment of respite amidst the Rajah's busy schedule, where he could relish the comforting flavours and immerse himself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
