The Dreamer's Moon Tea Latte Recipe
Ingredients

150ml boiling water (80°C if possible)

150ml steamed oat or almond milk

1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup

Optional: a dash of almond extract or rum essence (non-alcoholic)

Garnish: crushed almonds or grated chocolate
Method

Awaken the aroma – Steep the tea for 3 minutes in water just below boiling to preserve the green tea’s delicacy.

Add the indulgence – Pour in steamed milk and stir gently to blend the spice and sweetness.

Sweeten the moment – Add brown sugar or maple syrup to taste.

Finish with magic – Sprinkle with crushed almonds or chocolate shavings.

Brewing guide
1 tsp or 1 tea bag into hot water at 85C. Brew for 3-5 minutes or enjoy as a tea latte!
