150ml boiling water

150ml steamed milk (dairy or oat milk work best)

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish
Method

Brew the magic – Steep the tea in 150ml boiling water for 3–4 minutes.

Add the warmth – Strain, then top up with steamed milk, leaving room for froth.

Sweeten the spirit – Stir in a touch of honey or maple syrup if you’d like extra indulgence.

Finish with curious flair – Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg and serve warm.
Tip:
For a barista-style finish, froth your milk until silky and pour over the tea in a slow swirl.
